The Proufdag is a great opportunity to discuss with the winemakers about their work in the vineyards, but also about their efforts to promote sustainable viticulture. Don't hesitate to ask them questions!
And of course, as with any convivial event, entertainment and gastronomy are not to be missed. This perfect day on the Moselle will be framed by music, animations and food trucks, as well as a tasting of local products put together by the culinary partners. All meals purchased from the food trucks and culinary partners are subject to a charge. Reservations are required for lunch at the Domaines Vinsmoselle wine bar.
Cocktail fans will also be delighted. The Association Luxembourgeoise des Barmen will offer wine-based cocktails and will exclusively offer the signature cocktails SUMMERWÄIN and POLL ON ICE.
